Koktobe is the hill where situated in the background of Ile Alatau mountains. It is a very beautiful park. There are growing a lot of “zhusan”, it is a plant. There is a big tower which is a symbol of the park and the city itself. People can have a rest there. Foreign people come here a lot. Koktobe is the most beautiful destination in Almaty city.
